Missional University is pleased to welcome Kent Hallman to the cultural studies department in The Missional College! He serves as Professor of Social Anthropology and specializes in Anthropology of Religion. He holds a PhD in Anthropology from the University of Oslo, Norway and a Master of Divinity from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. Kent loves to travel and has had the opportunity participate in missions in Spain, France, Germany, Greece, Turkey, Bulgaria, Romania, Israel, Norway, Sweden and within the United Kingdom. As a professor with solid background in both theology and anthropology, he is particularly excited about the study of cultures and faiths different from our own, enabling understanding and appreciation of people all over the world we want to reach.
