Dr. Tracy Yoder

Dr. Tracy Yoder brings more than 15 years of sport management experience ranging from recreational sport programs, to national sport organizations, and Olympic development. She has extensive experience in event management, sport research, and athletic administration. As the former Director of Olympic Development Programs for a National Governing Body, she managed programming for national camps and tournaments, directed elite athlete international tours to Holland, Argentina, and Canada, and supervised a national staff of coaching directors and site directors. As the Director of Research for a national running organization she analyzed race data, conducted industry research such as the National Runner Survey, and served on a management team to provide networking opportunities within the running industry. Dr. Yoder is a former Project Director for multiple sport-funded research opportunities with the Sport Marketing Research Institute at the University of Northern Colorado (UNC), instructed physical education courses at UNC, and was an academic advisor to first-generation multicultural undergraduate students. Dr. Yoder is a former NCAA Division I intercollegiate student-athlete who has studied abroad and participated in sports mission tours to Venezuela, Curaçao, and Mexico. Dr. Yoder and her family reside in Colorado, USA.
