Missional University is pleased to welcome Basilius Kasera as Professor of Economic Theology in the Department of Moral & Social Theology. A specialist in equitable justice, Prof. Kasera brings more than ten years of experience in the classroom to his new role in the areas of contextual theology, African theology, systematic theology, Christian ethics, and apologetics. Most recently, he has served as Senior Student Affairs Officer for the University of Namibia serving five campuses. He is passionate about missions and helped found a new church in Swakopmund in Namibia. Basilius is a PhD candidate at Stellenbosch University in South Africa. He holds a Master of Theology in Ethics from South African Theological Seminary in Sandton, South Africa as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Theological Education from London School of Theology in Northwood, England. He currently resides in Windhoek, Namibia.
